Find the next thing based on what you actually loved

I loved Vinland Saga. Specifically, what got me was:

Thorfinn spending years being wrong and the story letting him be wrong. And that it takes violence seriously instead of using it as a fight scene. I didn't care about the vikings part at all.

Already tried: Berserk, loved it. Attack on Titan, bounced off after season 2. Everyone says Monster and I haven't started it.
