Write your own review from a year you barely remember

I have to write my own review and I barely remember the year.

My job: Support engineer, I own the escalation queue and the docs nobody else wants to write
What I can remember: Fixed the onboarding docs after everyone complained. Covered for Priya's maternity for four months, which meant running the weekly triage. That big outage in March, I was on call. Trained two new starters. Started the Friday tips post, people seem to read it. Missed the target on first response time in Q2.
What it asks for: Impact, teamwork, growth areas, and a section on what I want next year. I'm making a case for senior.

Turn this into a draft. Group it under the headings I was given, and write each point as one line: what I did, then what changed because of it.

The important rule: do not invent numbers, dates, names or outcomes. Where a point would be much stronger with evidence I haven't given you, write it with a marker like [how many? check] instead of filling it in. I'd rather have twelve gaps to go and check than one confident sentence I can't back up in the room.

Also give me:
1. The two or three points here that are strongest, and why. These are the ones I lead with.
2. Anything I've listed as a task that's actually worth more than I've written it. Say what the bigger version of the claim is.
3. How to write the miss honestly. Don't hide it and don't grovel. One short version I could say out loud.
4. What's missing from my list entirely, based on the job I described. Prompt me with questions, not assumptions.
