Not out yet, and no release date announced. Alibaba has said the words out loud, in a Hugging Face README describing Qwen3.8-Flash-Next as a preview of the architecture behind Qwen4. That's the entire public record.

Qwen4 is a model from Alibaba, built in China. The lab has said it's coming. You can't use it yet.
